This seems like a good idea. So many people, cusomers believe that the large companies are not listening. Well Jonathan Schwartz from Sun is trying to break that mold. I don't know how long he can keep this up (his blog) and of course there are going to be nay-sayers but at least the gentleman is trying.
Believe me, I wish the CEO of Sprint would have a blog because their customer service at times...how can I put this nicely...the pits.
